In just half a year, crafted an innovative business plan introducing fresh product development and pioneering features. This strategy bridges the gap between two distinct development teams—hardware and software—forged through comprehensive feedback loops. This initiative steers our global direction toward sustainability while propelling a significant boost in profitability (estimated at roughly 6 million) and promising substantial production cost savings, anticipated to hit at least 50% in the first year.

VivaStyle Whitening Products
Project management scrum master for a new business initiative and strategy. Lead teams in development of new products across a new industry (cosmetic) with little regulations. Facilitated relationships with multiple local and global vendors developing a new portfolio. Products launch in a year with 150% growth so far in year 1.

VivaStyle.com Whitening E-commerce Stores
Developed and worked with developers to create custom e-commerce store (b2c) and CRM software (b2b) for dental practices’ that communicate and function seamlessly. Office’s earn commissions on sales made on their store while we distribute professional grade products direct to patient's doors.

International Ordering Document
During manufacturing picking software failure developed international digital ordering tool leading direct customers to affiliated warehouses to receive product (15 warehouses & Co-ops with over 5000 manufacturing product SKU’s). Increased customer loyalty and reduced risk of millions in losses. Innovated document to auto populate competitor's SKU's to increase conversions and improve customer retention.

Custom Wine Labels & Event Marketing
Facilitated a unique and one-of-a-kind experience creating custom wine labels using Adobe InDesign for high profile customers and events. Used same design software to create multiple designs for local event marketing and collateral including 2015 Lilac Festival.

Bill of Lading Competitor Product Tracking & Campaign Development
Tracked competitor machinery using harmonized tariff code software & bill of lading software to find competitors. Then used information to create an international Pay-per-click campaign targeting international customers. Consistently increased click-through rates & ROI on PPC advertising, driving improvements of up to 150% over prior results.
